We respect our clients' right to privacy, therefore we do not have a 'non client' marketing mailing list, and we will not give out any information which you have submitted to us to any other company or entity. The information we keep is purely for our own internal purposes. We will keep your details securely and will not send you any unsolicited mail in any format.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your requests and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address, details of debts you asked us to collect.
We will never collect sensitive information e.g. your racial origin or sexual preferences or voting preferences. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it promptly.
We will only transfer information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) if you ask us to collect a debt or debts outside the EEA or if you are based outside the EEA.

We may request a small reasonable administration fee to cover our reasonable expenses for nonstandard requests or requests that require a specific format.
Purging (deleting) Your Personal Data

We will endeavour to delete all the information we hold about you in the time frame you request, but depending on the nature of your request, and any third parties involved, this may not be possible.
This is because of our legal obligation to retain certain types of customer information for certain time periods e.g. for tax and accounting purposes, and or possible legal purposes due to legitimate business interests we may need to keep your contact details on file for longer periods if they appear on an invoice or receipt for example.
In any and all cases, we only ever keep information on file for as long as it is needed with respect to the services you have enquired about and or that we have agreed to provide you, or to meet a legal requirement.
Updating Your Personal Data
